  • Career Placement Portfolio: Resumes, GitHub profiles, LinkedIn URLs, capstone projects, assessment scores, and interview performance feedback.

B. Automated Technical & Usage Information

  • Device & Network Identifiers: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, referring URLs, and preferred language.
  • Website Navigation Data: Pages viewed, time spent per course track, button clicks, and search queries tracked via privacy-compliant Google Analytics 4 (G-5303JCNC5C).

C. Transaction & Payment Records

Tuition fee transaction amounts, installment dates, mode of payment, and payment reference IDs. Note: We do NOT store debit/credit card numbers or CVVs on our servers; all online payments are processed securely through RBI-licensed payment gateways.

  • Trusted Service Infrastructure Providers: We use secure, industry-leading cloud platforms to operate our services (e.g. MongoDB Atlas for encrypted database storage, Cloudinary for resume/certificate storage, and transactional email/SMS gateways).
  • Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or official governmental request to uphold public safety or prevent financial fraud.

To combat fraudulent credential counterfeiting and support graduate employability, Garuda Soft Tech operates an online credential verification portal accessible at garudasofttech.com/verify-certificate.

When an employer, recruiter, or university enters a graduate’s unique Certificate Code, the verification system displays:

  • Student Name
  • Course Title & Domain Track
  • Date of Issue & Program Duration
  • Official Certification Status (Verified / Active)

* Private personal data—such as phone number, home address, Aadhaar number, or fee details—is NEVER exposed on the public verification portal.
